Job Opportunity: Contract and Performance Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the coordination of contracts and performance management within a dynamic environment.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Contract and Performance Manager to ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to implement and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001 standards.
  • A recognized internal auditor with expertise in conducting compliance assessments is essential for this role.

This position demands strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with staff and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality services and professional practice. A satisfactory security clearance is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prioritize work objectives to meet operational needs.
  • Contribute to the development of legally sound solutions by identifying and analyzing legal issues.
  • Ensure Fulham Correctional Centre operates in accordance with contractual and legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma of Quality Auditing (desired).
  • High-level attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills, including analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, negotiation, sound judgment, and change management capabilities.
  • Ability to identify and analyze legal issues and contribute to the development of legally sound solutions.
