Operational Contracts Coordinator Role

This position is responsible for supporting the Contract Services team by assisting with reporting, identifying operational efficiencies and working with Contract Managers to improve supplier performance and contract outcomes.

  • Contract management support through KPI monitoring, compliance, quality reviews, reporting and supplier engagement.
  • Assist with invoicing, spend analysis, cost reconciliation and identifying operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain effective governance processes including document control and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Support contract managers in their role, assist with contract review and negotiation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist with reporting and data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supplier Engagement: Engage with suppliers to ensure they are meeting contract requirements.
