- Clinical Oversight: Ensure all staff reporting to you are working within their scope of practice and maintaining Baptcare standards in terms of care delivery, professionalism, and customer-focused approach.
- Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with colleagues, staff, consumers, and families, while respecting individual privacy and dignity.
- Medication Management: Ensure safe and secure management of medications.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement process and explain same to stakeholders.
- Professional Development: Maintain own educational and professional development within Scope of Practice.
- Registration: Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience: Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people.
- Skills: Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and basic Excel.
- Requirements: Ability to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role.
