CPAP Therapy Specialist

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading provider of medical gases, homecare, and sleep services. We specialize in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

This position requires a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Devonport clinic as a Retail and Sleep Solutions Consultant. The primary goal of our clinic is to provide bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea to our clients.

• Act as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications, to promote our product range and services.
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements, ensuring seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Promote and upsell our product range and services, driving business growth and revenue.
• Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Maintain inventory and process clinic orders, ensuring efficient operations.

• Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment, with a strong background in customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and build strong relationships.
• Independent clinic management capability, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction, including sales, support, and retention.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
