Conference and Events Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Events Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Accor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and determine their meeting and event needs
  • Provide quotations for conference and events proposals, ensuring revenue is maximized
  • Coordinate events and conferences, ensuring high-quality service and experience
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Follow up with clients for repeat business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of event sales experience, including outbound calling and meeting established KPIs
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including conducting site inspections
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems, such as OPERA and Delphi (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
