Conference and Events Sales Executive

AccorHotel is seeking a skilled Conference and Events Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, contacting clients to determine their meeting and event needs, and providing quotations for conference and events proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide quotations for conference and events proposals
  • Contact clients to determine their meeting and event needs
  • Coordinate events and conferences
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure high-quality service and experience
  • Follow up with clients for repeat opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years event sales experience, including outbound calling and meeting established KPIs
  • Client relationship management, including conducting site inspections
  • Knowledge of OPERA, Delphi systems (desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong administration and coordination skills, especially in regards to deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent attention to detail
