Job Overview
  • Lead a maintenance team, overseeing both internal staff and external contractors.
  • Direct the upkeep of site machinery and building infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational standards are met.
  • Develop efficient methods to minimize costs and optimize labor.
  • Provide training to new team members and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance teams, including directing maintenance activities.
  • Oversee site machinery upgrades and equipment maintenance.
  • Inspect equipment for compliance with operational standards.
  • Improve operational efficiency and minimize labor costs.
  • Deliver training programs to improve team performance.
  • Prepare reports for key stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Background in managing maintenance teams in food or FMCG industries.
  • Experience with MEX Maintenance systems.
  • Flexibility to handle out-of-hours issues.
  • Forklift License (Perform High Risk Work License).
  • Confine Space Entry Permit/ticket.
  • Plant/equipment safety and GMP knowledge.
  • Advanced computer skills with MS applications.
  • Excellent time management and motivation skills.
  • Strong communication, coaching, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
