Job Title: Facilities Director

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Facilities Director to lead our operations team at Hyde Melbourne Place. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of our facilities team to guarantee smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Front of House team to provide exceptional hospitality services.
  • Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Manage rostering, financials, ordering, and stock control.
  • Develop and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster revenue growth through events, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years proven experience in managing premium or high-volume hospitality venues.
  • A leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Strong operational, financial, and people management skills.
  • A passion for food, beverage, and delivering memorable experiences.
  • Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends. WSET III or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
