Sales Executive ITOM Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in creating, qualifying, developing, and selling ITOM solutions. As an ITOM Sales Specialist, you will leverage your consultative sales approach to lead with business value and engage both new and existing clients.
The Opportunity:
This is a unique chance to work with a broad portfolio of SaaS and on-premises solutions across various verticals and client segments. Your territory will span multiple regions, and you will be responsible for managing a defined territory.

- Pipeline Qualification (Pipeline Creation, Progression & Closure) – using expertise to identify new opportunities, expand existing client footprints, and take ownership of pipeline creation to ensure sufficient coverage of the target.
- Value-based selling – identifying key drivers of value for customers, developing unique value propositions by articulating a vision that resonates with customers, selling outcomes rather than products.
- Planning for Success – demonstrating a structured approach to building and executing annual sales plans, balancing strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
- Collaborating teams / working with partners – building cross-company pursuit teams to engage prospects in strategic sales, collaborating with select partners to develop territories and expand sales coverage.
- Good sales hygiene – providing accurate revenue forecasting, ensuring the CRM system is always up-to-date.
What it Takes:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven software sales experience with a track record of over-achievement and new business wins.
- Directly related previous work experience is a plus, particularly in IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, AIOps, Network Automation, or Network Operations.
- A university or bachelor's degree is required; advanced university or MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience following a sales methodology, territory management, account development, and opportunity management.
- Successful partner engagement experience, effectively working with partners to drive additional revenue.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
