Job Title: People and Culture Professional

">We are seeking a talented People and Culture Advisor to join our Woodie Manganese Operations in the Pilbara. This role will drive the success of the People department by providing functional Human Resources support to site, maintaining an engaged workforce committed to our company's success and values.
">The successful candidate will manage end-to-end site-based employee relations matters, including grievances, safety breaches, performance management, and disciplinary meetings. They will also coordinate investigations, collate evidence, keep records, formulate investigation reports, and make appropriate disciplinary recommendations.
">Key responsibilities include coaching and developing supervisors in dealing with people-related matters, providing advice, and building leaders' competency in executing recommendations. The role also involves advising employees on pay, grievance, and enterprise agreement issues, assisting with recruitment interviews, internal transfers, pay increases, and position changes.
">The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Human Resources or a relevant qualification, HR/IR experience within the mining industry, and strong personal organisational skills, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
