Job Description

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 37.5 hours per week across the 24/7 service. You will work in a dynamic team to support individuals from diverse backgrounds. The role involves delivering front-line support, helping seekers manage their mental health symptoms and life circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and patient support to individuals over the phone and via webchat
  • Work collaboratively with the team to learn and engage in continuous professional development
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using digital note-taking systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong administration and time management skills
  • Resilience when dealing with high-volume calls and complex mental health conversations
  • Demonstrated IT skills and proficiency in telephony-based systems
  • A willingness to learn and grow as a Mental Health Coach
