About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Leader to join our team at Beaver Process Equipment as the Head of Digital Marketing. This is a new role created due to the company's rapid growth and expansion into the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing digital marketing team to build a world-class digital marketing operation with global reach.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand positioning, including company, division, and product branding.
  • Develop and implement effective content, website, and social media strategies to engage with customers and drive lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns and nurture programs to drive sales integration and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a marketing tech stack, including CRM optimization and data analysis.
  • Develop and manage a budget to drive marketing initiatives and optimize ROI.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand, including content and nurture programs for talent acquisition.
  • Integrate marketing efforts with bolt-on acquisitions to drive growth and expansion.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Leader who has a proven track record of delivering outstanding revenue outcomes through digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including setup and growth of high-performance digital marketing teams.A track record of delivering outstanding revenue outcomes through digital marketing.Experience with niche B2B audiences and highly segmented targeting.Experience developing high-performing B2B marketing funnels.Experience with digital marketing localization by language and region.
