Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating employee travel, managing time sheets, procurement, and invoicing.

Key responsibilities include booking and coordinating employee travel, inputting and uploading time sheet data, procurement and invoicing, subcontractor management, assisting the project team with report generation and document updates, managing visas and work permits, maintaining accurate visa documentation, and providing administrative support to the project teams.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years in a Project Administration function within Engineering or Construction
  • Knowledge and experience with PNG visas (desirable)
  • Demonstrable travel booking experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and process-driven approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective diary management and scheduling experience
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and assist others when needed
  • Confident liaison skills with internal teams and stakeholder relationship development
  • Dedication to exceptional customer and stakeholder service
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
