Senior People & Culture Advisor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise as a Senior People & Culture Advisor. You will be responsible for implementing our core practices across the APAC region, collaborating with stakeholders and advising on local requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Lead confidential investigations and manage employee relations cases, including performance issues and workplace conflicts.
  • Regulatory Management: Stay current on local laws and standards, review and recommend policies to ensure compliance, and identify regional trends to align practices accordingly.
  • Regional Expertise: Advise the wider Business Partner community on local requirements and conditions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with leaders and team members to achieve project success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a global organization, focusing on policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proactive learner and resourceful partner with Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to advance policies in line with regional requirements.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, excels in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and cultural nuances in Australia and New Zealand.
