Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the assessment of risk culture through surveys and data analysis, developing actionable plans to enhance our risk posture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a tailored risk management training program to address capability gaps across related entities.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR LEADERS AND FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO FACILITATE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION ON RISK CULTURE INITIATIVES.
  • Champion a proactive risk culture by ensuring employees understand their roles and responsibilities in risk management.
  • Support the development of managers within the Risk and Compliance team through guidance and training.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk culture programs within the financial services industry, preferably in superannuation.
  • Proven track record in culture programs and training development.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
