">The role of an Assistant Manager involves partnering with diverse public and private sector organisations across multiple industries, executing audits for large companies ranging in size and industry. ">Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop an Audit team to ensure successful completion and execution of assigned engagements.">
- Execute comprehensive audits for proprietary and listed companies.">
- Plan and execute audit files without supervision.">
- Collaborate with other teams to develop Financial Audit strategies and methodologies.">
- Work closely with Senior Managers to identify potential problem areas or budget difficulties.">
- Coordinate engagements independently, reporting directly to Partners as needed.">
- Stay aware of various reporting and regulatory requirements.">
- Analyse and document internal controls and control environments.">
- Draft management letters and completion reports.">
- Cultivate and mentor junior colleagues, building internal relationships.">
- Engage with clients and explore future opportunities.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Relevant tertiary qualification.">
- 4+ years of external audit experience in a professional services firm.">
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) – highly regarded but not essential.">
