Job Overview

We are seeking an inspirational & innovative leader to drive manufacturing and repairs excellence as Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop a positive workplace culture, with a focus on embedding values of trust, teamwork and accountability.
  • Create and establish strong relationships across departments both internally and externally, leveraging skills and synergies to further enhance capabilities.
  • Execute Production KPIs to drive departmental performance and ensure achievement of business-wide safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
Requirements
  • A clear understanding of health and safety, quality, and risk management.
  • Strong people management skills and hands-on practical understanding of manufacturing and repairs to achieve operational excellence.
  • Strong change management skills that demonstrate a proven ability to confidently and effectively lead teams through times of change and uncertainty.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to apply cultural diversity and emotional intelligence skills, dependent on the audience to achieve desired outcomes.
