The Opportunity

You will complete contractor WHSE Risk Reviews (Assessments) for clients and provide coaching and support in workplace health, safety, and environment areas.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in operations and safety management
  • Ability to assess the WHSE capability of contractors based on their submitted WHS Risk Review responses
  • Meet minimum target of assigned new assessments per week
  • Review all Cm3 assessment resubmissions within a specified timeframe
  • Ability to coach and influence contractors through the assessment process by phone
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A motivated self-starter who can work independently from home as well as collaborate online with team members
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice in the areas of WHS and Environment Management
  • Demonstrated ability and practical experience in operational safety management
  • Ability to conduct WHSE assessments, evaluate evidence, and report on outcomes
  • Ability to resolve problems, opportunities, and manage contractor issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others to achieve collective goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels
  • Strong literacy skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement with a desire to achieve best practice outcomes
