Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate services and support for our retirement village residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles within similar environments, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

About the Role:

  • Maintain high-quality services and be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Assist with strategic planning, budget management, and resident engagement initiatives.
  • Handle resident complaints, billing enquiries, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles within similar environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • National Criminal History Check required, along with completed Code of Conduct, WHS, and Bullying and Harassment training modules.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to handle confidential information.
