Job Title: Retirement Community Administrator

This is a part-time opportunity for a passionate and organized individual to provide administrative support in a serene retirement community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting residents and visitors, ensuring common areas are inviting, and assisting with tasks around the village.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including reception duties, mail and email correspondence, and ordering of stock.
  • Assist with events, help with lunch and dinner service, or cleaning as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as residents, contractors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing Administration or Reception environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Current Police Check certificate (required).
