We are looking for a commercial lending Business Banker to enhance our team. In this position, you will focus on cultivating relationships within the local business sector and providing outstanding service to our Small Business clientele.

Core Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to assess their requirements and deliver prompt solutions, including commercial lending options up to $1M, asset financing, and daily banking services.
- Actively support clients' business and personal objectives with insightful advice and recommendations.
- Serve as a representative of the brand within the local business environment, promoting awareness of Commonwealth Bank's business banking services.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to establish referral partnerships and resolve service-related issues.

Qualifications:
- Background in commercial lending or B2B sales.
- Strong financial analysis skills and commercial insight.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- A genuine interest in Small Business clients or relevant experience.
- FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority Level 2 are preferred.
- Formal training in home lending discussions is advantageous.
