Our team performs search public records and examines documents to determine the legal condition of vacation ownership properties in a high-volume production environment.

The role involves quality control audits on title searches performed by others within the division. This includes reviewing title evidence packages, verifying information against product requirements, and adherence to service level agreements. Additionally, the role requires performing title searches and examinations of the chain of title in multiple states for orders requiring a limited level of expertise.

Key responsibilities include preparing initial title products, such as ownership and encumbrance reports, volume-based search worksheets, and commitments/preliminary title reports based on the application of procedural guidelines.

The role also involves understanding, reviewing, and inserting requirements related to various tenancies, entities, trusts, deceased individuals, and probate related to real property conveyances following procedures. Abstracting records to determine ownership and verify legal descriptions of property and completeness of records is another crucial aspect of this job.

Responsibilities also include setting up volume-based search worksheets and files, calculating policy premiums, preparing final title policies, and responding to customer inquiries.
