Property Portfolio Manager

Oversee a residential portfolio of 150-200 properties, encompassing diverse property types and locations. This role is ideal for those with strong management skills and an eye for detail.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal property condition and value.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Manage property maintenance requests, coordinating with tradespeople to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor arrears and negotiate rent increases while ensuring lease renewals are organized in a timely manner.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager is essential.
  • Hold a current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle are required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities are also crucial.
