Australia's largest health and human services consultancy is seeking a skilled professional to lead our disability inclusion efforts.
The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, training, and quality assurance for our facilitator team, working closely with government partners to drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of facilitator team recruitment, training, and quality assurance
Collaboration with government partners to achieve Disability Inclusion reform objectives
Identification of emerging opportunities for improvement and enhancement
Requirements:
Deep understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability principles
10+ years of experience working in/with schools or similar settings
Natural leadership skills, building positive team cultures and supporting individual growth
Strong project management abilities and skill in developing high-quality written materials collaboratively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
