Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy/Light Vehicle mechanic to join our Maintenance crew based in the Galilee Basin.

  • Maintenance of MPUs and ancillary equipment
  • Site-based assistance with break downs, diagnostics, and fault finding
  • Ability to work successfully within a team, autonomously, and unsupervised
  • Willingness to work at remote locations
Key Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology is required
  • Previous experience in maintenance of MPUs, MMUs, or HR vehicles is highly regarded
  • A Standard 11 qualification is necessary
  • A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills are essential
  • Fitness and health for physically demanding tasks are must-haves
  • The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen is also necessary

As a Heavy/Light Vehicle mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy commercial vehicles. Your duties will include troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, performing routine maintenance tasks, and working collaboratively as part of a team.
