Lead Service Manager

We are seeking a Lead Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our team delivering services that assist those affected by alcohol and other drug addictions across Tasmania.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver high-quality services.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable competency in service management, staff supervision, and community development. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

  • An understanding of service delivery models and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for service improvement;
  • Experience in staff supervision and training, with the ability to provide guidance and support to staff members;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders;
  • An understanding of the Anglicare practice framework and other standards relevant to the Community Services Sector;
  • A high level of professionalism and a willingness to develop and reflect on professional practice.
