  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menu offerings.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizzeria setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial management, inventory management, and cost control.
