
Telecommunications Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced telecommunications professional to lead our team in driving sales strategies, developing team culture, and adhering to management tasks and responsibilities.
- Lead growth and retention performance through delivery of initiatives, including developing sales strategies and driving team culture.
- Monitor, manage, and report on KPIs, trends, and insights, producing recommendations for business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
You will be responsible for:
- Facilitating sales processes and ensuring the team meets agreed service SLAs and Growth and Retention targets.
- Providing support to team members for customer resolutions and ensuring the team understands the activity required to deliver outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders and internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong sales leadership skills with proven ability to encourage positive performance results and behaviors of team members.
- Experience in using a "business solutions" type approach, utilising product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors.
- Able to creatively position the company as an innovative, flexible, and responsive service provider.
