About the Role
  • Oversee front office and food and beverage operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Review arrival lists and anticipate guest needs to provide personalized service.
  • Maintain active liaison with housekeeping, guest relations, and food and beverage teams to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Meet and greet VIP guests and attend to special requests, ensuring every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Manage emergency situations, leading staff and responding promptly to incidents.
  • Conduct training sessions on security and fire evacuation procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and facilities.
