We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Capex work in progress (WIP) and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely closure of Capex jobs in the WIP.
  • Prepare files for invoicing and review Capex jobs for ageing.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including accrued income assessments and balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in accounting.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, VLookups, and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
