About the Company

Davidson is a values-based care-services provider with extensive operations supporting our most valuable community members.

We are currently undergoing payroll improvements and require the assistance of an experienced payroll operator to support our team over the next 6 months.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will vary day to day and range from basic to complex, depending on the needs at the time. This may include:

  • Pay-code auditing
  • Data migration
  • Functional testing of our ERP system, including the EA interpreter
  • Preparation for parallel runs
  • Assistance with writing instructions
  • Assistance with training team members
About You

The most important aspect of this role is having the payroll knowledge and experience to accurately determine if a transaction is not calculating correctly. For example, for a redundancy calculation, is it taxing properly? You must also be accurate, analytical, and have strong verbal, written, and numerical literacy.

  • A contract up to 6 months with 38 hours per week
