About the Opportunity

Australia Post is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Case Management team, you will provide guidance, support, and representation on complex and medium/high risk cases, queries, and investigations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating, tracking, and completing cases with leaders, case management personnel, and legal teams
  • Providing expert advice, case coordination, and review of recommendations for all ER activities
  • Alignment to the investigations framework and toolkit to ensure investigations are trauma-informed, human-centric, and conducted to the highest standards of procedural fairness
  • Providing targeted interventions and support offerings to identified areas of the business requiring further support and advice

Requirements:

  • Experience in end-to-end case management
  • Experience in providing advice and guidance on workplace investigations, including Harassment, Discrimination, and Bullying
  • Experience with key external bodies, including the Fair Work Commission
  • Navigating the industrial landscape to effectively manage cases
  • Conducting sound investigations by demonstrating critical thinking and making judgments
  • Supporting People Leader capability development for investigations
