Digital Transformation Marketing Leader

At Micromine, we are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Marketing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and adoption of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that articulate the benefits of our product suite for customers and partners worldwide.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products to target audiences.
- Create impactful marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Drive demand generation initiatives through digital marketing channels, events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven background in end-to-end product marketing, ideally within the Technology / SAAS space. Other key skills and qualifications include:
- Senior experience in B2B product marketing.
- Proven track record in the development of product positioning, creating value propositions, planning go-to-market strategies, and developing sales and marketing content.
- Ideal experience within the software / SAAS space.
- Mining industry experience or exposure is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrable experience in translating complex information and data into clear understandable messages.
- Comfortable using collaboration, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous paid parental leave policy, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities.
