Community Responder Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Community Responder to provide reassurance and support to vulnerable individuals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Immediately respond to alarm calls, assessing the care and support needs of people at risk and providing or facilitating appropriate support.
  • Dealing with referrals, maintenance and installing alarm equipment at clients' premises and explaining how the equipment/alarm works.
  • To undertake 'last resort' personal care when on a call-out, should it be needed, to maintain the client's dignity.
  • To assist with the promotion of the service in local communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
