Job Description

Eucalyptus is a digital healthcare company on a mission to solve the world's biggest healthcare challenges. We combine technology, design, and operational excellence to help patients access the best clinical support when they need it.

Our clinics focus on personalising the experience for different demographics and are powered by a growing team across multiple countries. We've raised funding from investors who backed notable companies like Uber, Canva, and Airbnb.

We're looking for a talented product designer to lead design for new digital healthcare brands and capabilities. This involves working across product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to drive high-quality execution and shape the direction of our multi-brand design system.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product design with a track record of leading design on complex initiatives
  • Systems thinking and ability to design products that scale across brands, geographies, and use cases
  • Craft leadership skills with attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and rigor in exploring, validating, and executing design solutions
  • Mentoring other designers and uplifting people and processes
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience pairing closely with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders
