This is an opportunity to lead design efforts, working with cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving high-quality execution across mobile apps and web platforms, ensuring our products are accessible, scalable, and user-friendly.

You will shape the direction and evolution of our multi-brand design system, supporting speed, consistency, and creativity across markets. Additionally, you will contribute to advancing our product design practice, rituals, tooling, and collaboration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design efforts for new digital healthcare brands and capabilities
  • Drive high-quality execution across mobile apps and web platforms
  • Shape the direction and evolution of our multi-brand design system
  • Contribute to advancing our product design practice, rituals, tooling, and collaboration processes

About You:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with a track record of leading design on complex initiatives
  • A systems thinker, designing products that scale across brands, geographies, and use cases
  • A craft leader: detail-oriented, thoughtful, and rigorous in your approach
  • Mentored designers and care deeply about uplifting people and processes
  • A strong collaborator, pairing closely with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders
