The primary responsibility will be to:

  • Operate machinery effectively to meet production targets
  • Maintain safety standards at all times
  • Ensure a clean and well-organised workspace
  • Promote clear communication between team members
  • Conduct quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process

For this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience operating machinery (this is not a process worker position)
  • Background in manufacturing would be highly beneficial
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and computer skills
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Self-motivation and strong time management skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety

Please note that this role requires:

  • A current and valid Driver's Licence in Victoria
  • Forklift Licence (can be obtained through our business if not held already)
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (can be obtained through our business if not held already)
