Job Title: Career Growth Opportunity

About the Role:
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for maintaining regular, planned communication with the customers to resolve issues, assist customers to improve the utilisation of products, and ultimately ensure the long-term success of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining regular, planned communication with nominated accounts with a focus on retaining our customer base.
  • Guide the customer throughout their journey with our organisation and facilitate all available resources.
  • Identify inefficiencies between the customer and their software, as well as workflows, and provide assistance with updating customers on additions to the software.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through support and account-based activities, including supporting customers via phone, site calls, and emails.
  • Be a trusted advisor and source of advice for customers and colleagues, ensuring customers receive regular updates from our organisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or technical implementation roles within SaaS companies would be beneficial.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a desire to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical acumen, with a willingness to learn and convey complex topics in a simple manner.
  • Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
