Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Development Director to oversee the successful delivery of premium boutique projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stages of development, from site acquisition to construction and handover, ensuring premium craftsmanship and materials to uphold the luxury brand.
  • Prepare and manage agreements, project briefings, and coordinate with architects and designers, aligning on project vision and quality.
  • Work closely with consultants on town planning, oversee retail licensing, and manage customisation requests to ensure a high standard of project quality and client satisfaction.
  • Develop marketing strategies, direct the creation of display suites, and conduct market research to align with the expectations of luxury property buyers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Contracts of Sale, purchaser information management, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain project schedules, financial tracking, and regular status updates, ensuring all stages meet quality and budget targets.
  • Collaborate with financial analysts to assess project feasibility, manage lender negotiations, and monitor key financial metrics.
  • Manage builder engagement, ensure quality standards are upheld during construction, and lead handover and defect resolution post-completion.
  • Handle client requests for customisation, provide regular project updates, and coordinate a seamless settlement process.

Key Attributes and Experience:

  • 3+ years in residential or mixed-use development management, ideally within the luxury or boutique sector.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills for managing budgets, feasibility studies, and overall financial performance.
  • Experience managing consultant teams, builders, and various project stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and collaboration skills across departments.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
