Luxury Timepiece Sales and Client Services Director

Vacheron Constantin is a renowned luxury watch manufacturer with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Timepiece Sales and Client Services Director to join our team in Melbourne.
Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to lead our boutique operations, drive sales performance, and deliver outstanding client service. As Luxury Timepiece Sales and Client Services Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profit potential, building strong relationships with clients, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales results, monitor KPIs, and maximize profits through effective leadership and strategic planning;
- Develop local clientele for Vacheron Constantin Melbourne Boutique;
- Propose, define, monitor, and guarantee the implementation of dynamic action plans to achieve Maison and boutique sales targets;
- Maintain a regular benchmark in the city to control market share and identify new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including VICs, hotels, tour leaders, and business introducers;
- Control all boutique expenses within budget guidelines;
- Maintain consistent, uncompromising high standards of customer service and Customer Relation Management;
- Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, build direct contact with VICs, continue to grow the CRM database, and ensure a high retention rate;
- Initiate and participate in regular PR events to promote and enhance boutique presence with existing and new clientele;
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing activities;
- Coach, train, motivate, and lead by example with a high degree of professionalism;
- Drives performance through motivation, development, and team engagement;
- Create a strong positive team culture and manage a cohesive team environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Solid experience in a similar position with managerial and team leadership experience in sales and customer service;
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector and ability to build strong relationships with clients;
- Quality leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to lead the staff to perform to their fullest potential;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Reliable, independent, outgoing, and social;
- Highly organized, take initiative, can react quickly but also proactive with problem-solving abilities;
- Broad background in CRM activities (customer relationship management);
- Demonstrated passion for service and client orientation;
- Written and spoken English, other foreign languages highly appreciated;
- Knowledge of local market, including awareness of competitors, clients, and market trends, and ability to prospect outside the boutique;
- General IT skills, constantly upgrading: Microsoft Office, SAP.
