Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Officer to provide comprehensive onsite support for all of Corin Australia.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing helpdesk tickets, including the setup of new machines and team members
  • Collaborate with the UK team to develop, implement, maintain, and support global IT strategy
  • Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve IT problems, incidents, and requests
  • Maintain and operate Corin's infrastructure, including desktop, server, hardware, software, internet, telephony, and networking
  • Contribute to technical strategy and planning, supporting projects as needed
  • Ensure operational and change management processes are in place and followed, aligned with the headquarters in the UK
  • Perform routine operational and administrative duties, documenting knowledge base articles when possible
  • Assist in designing and implementing IT projects, planning and budgeting within the Corin financial year


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Qualifications in IT or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in an IT support role
  • Proven technology skills in Microsoft (AD, Office/Outlook/Exchange, Azure), Cisco, Networking, Virtualisation (VMWare and Veeam)
  • Technical certification in MCP, CCNA, ITIL
  • Broad knowledge of IT technologies and systems
  • Experience in implementing IT projects
  • Metric-oriented, a team player with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and technical writing skills, fluency in English
  • A high level of initiative, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
