About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Planning Specialist to join our team in Pymble, Sydney. This role will provide you with an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and patient-specific instruments to aid in Total Hip Arthroplasty.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing analytical technology and patient-specific instruments to support orthopaedic surgeons. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting data to create accurate patient reports and guides.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and spatial awareness to ensure high-quality results.
  • Adapting to change efficiently and prioritizing workload to meet strict production deadlines.
  • Providing excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Certificate III, IV or Diploma). Extensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional computer literacy.
