We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Key Account Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across NSW and VIC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions, growing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
Main Responsibilities:
- BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- CLIENT NEEDS ASSESSMENT: Understand client requirements and provide customized packaging solutions.
- REGULAR MEETINGS: Conduct regular meetings with clients to review needs and forecasts.
- UPSELLING AND CROSSSELLING: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS: Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Design teams.
- ORDER MANAGEMENT: Manage rolling forecasts, monitor orders, and resolve issues.
- Sales Performance Reporting: Report on sales performance, market trends, and client activity.
- ACCOUNT INQUIRIES: Monitor invoicing and assist with account queries.
- INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Actively manage slow-moving stock.
- CONTRACT RENEWALS: Support contract renewals and ongoing account development.
About You:
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales role.
- PACKAGING INDUSTRY EXPERTISE: Sales experience within the packaging industry is highly regarded.
- FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE: Strong knowledge of product sales, forecasting, and negotiation.
- CORE SKILLS: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel to NSW and QLD.
