Dynamic NDIS Team Leader

A dynamic and experienced team leader is needed to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. This role is perfect for someone who's not afraid to take on challenges, step up when needed, and bring energy, empathy, and guidance to teams and participants.

  • Providing leadership and support to staff across regions.
  • Conducting regular visits with participants and team members to foster engagement, monitor service quality, and build relationships.
  • Managing team rostering and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Supporting the delivery of person-centred services in line with NDIS principles and participants' goals.
  • Acting as a mentor, role model, and problem-solver for the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the NDIS or disability services sector.
  • A hands-on attitude; comfortable taking on frontline responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.

The Role:

  • Permanent Part-Time.
  • Tuesday to Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (20 hours weekly).
