Lead Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities.

Job Description:

This role involves providing on-the-ground leadership and support to staff across various regions. You will conduct face-to-face visits with participants and team members, foster engagement, monitor service quality, and build relationships. Additionally, you will manage team rostering and participate in on-call rotations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and engage with participants
  • Manage team rosters and participate in on-call rotations
  • Support the delivery of person-centred services in line with NDIS principles and participant goals
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within the disability sector
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and quality standards
  • Excellent communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
