Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Enforcement Operations Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client services and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing financial processes, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Coordinate diverse enforcement and administrative functions while adapting to evolving policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, oversee financial and administrative processes, and promote a safe and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff meet legislative and procedural standards.

Requirements

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a Sheriff's Officer Recruit Training Program.
  • Certificate III in Government to be completed within 12 months of commencement.
  • Willingness to obtain a Certificate IV of Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification upon commencement.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and First Aid Certificate.
  • Meet the required health, physical, and psychological requirements in accordance with agency standards.
