Contract Management Role

This is a challenging contract management position at a leading facilities management company. The role involves managing a portfolio of contracts and providing leadership to a team of technicians. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for delivering services and operations for clients' assets, addressing any hard services or facilities management issues.


About the Job
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • You will manage a technical team and oversee their work, ensuring adherence to safety, maintenance, and quality standards.
  • You will lead response to hard services-related problems, enforcing policy, rules, and regulations.

About You
  • You will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in Facilities Management.
  • You will have experience in managing a team and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, Essential Services regulations, Building Code of Australia requirements, and relevant Australian Standards.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
