As a technical specialist, you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse daily experiences.

Your role involves visiting various customer sites to ensure onsite resolutions for our customers. You will provide outstanding support and technical expertise, delivering excellent service while focusing on technical excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair devices and other equipment for our customers
  • Manage and organize tools and spare parts
  • Participate in continuous training online and in classrooms
  • Work autonomously in the field and office
  • May require prolonged travel, carrying, and lifting tool kits/parts of varying weights; bending/squatting, walking/standing or sitting for prolonged periods

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with hardware repairs and maintenance
  • Exposure to software updates

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with device repairs and aptitude
  • Previous experience with similar equipment repairs or installations

  • The ability to work independently, professionally, and be an excellent communicator
  • A valid driver's license
  • Fully vaccinated
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with technical equipment
  • High attention to detail
  • A valid working visa, permanent residence, or citizenship
