Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

  • Implementing and administering Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, MS Teams, VMware suite, and Microsoft System Centre suite.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to work with challenging networking solutions on physical and/or virtualised platforms.
  • Designing, implementing and/or administering infrastructure platform solutions using VMware vSphere.
  • Designing, implementing and/or administering storage solutions using SAN technologies.

This role requires incident, problem, and change management disciplines, policies, and standards, especially in relation to ITIL v4. The successful candidate must be able to perform tasks after hours and participate in the on-call roster when required.
