We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementing and maintaining business infrastructure and systems, providing technical support for various software applications, and troubleshooting issues using Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining business infrastructure and systems to meet organizational needs
  • Providing technical assistance and support for Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, MS Teams, VMware suite, and other software applications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call roster when required
